We want you to relax and enjoy your shopping experience.  Therefore, we have gathered all the practical information regarding your online shopping at Boozt.com.

1. Shopping - made easy

Please put the items into your shopping cart and begin the checkout process when your order is complete. Remember you can buy from any of the brands at Boozt.com via the same secure check-out.

2. How can I pay?

You can pay via all major credit cards and PayPal.

As we use secure payments via 3D Secure on Boozt.com - online shopping is safe and secure. Your credit card will not be charged until your goods have been shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you placed your order.

3. Easy returns

We have done our best to make it easy for you to return any products from your order in five simple steps.

  1. Please take care when opening the plastic bag or parcel as it can easily be re-used to return your item(s).
  2. Simply fill in the return form and place it in the bag together with the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Return this package to the address:

    Please note:  You are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that includes a tracking to the parcel.  We also recommend that you obtain a receipt.  The cost of returning your item(s) are your responsibility except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.
     
  4. In the case where you have received a faulty item(s), please contact customer service at customerservice@boozt.com or 00800 2669 8266.
  5. Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to get back to us and we will process your return within 48 hours of receipt.

4. What is the shipping cost?

The Boozt.com shipping fee is a flat fee, so it does not matter how much you buy for or from how many brands you buy from - the shipping fee stays the same.
 

5. Shipping - When and how will I get my order? 

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Here you will find a link where you can track your order. We usually deliver your package within 2-4 days but often the postman gets it to you even faster.

We use GLS for all deliveries to UK. If you are not at home when the delivery comes, you will get a notification letter and you can then pick up your package at the nearest pick-up center.
