What is a gift receipt?

Give away a gift from Boozt.com together with a gift receipt. Gift receipts can be used to return goods given as a gift. Returned items will be exchanged for a gift card valid on Boozt.com.

The gift receipt contains instructions on how to return item(s) and to create a prepaid return label. The gift receipt doesn’t show the items’ purchase prices.

 

How do I create a gift receipt?

You can create a gift receipt for the orders you have placed whenever you want within the 30-day return period.

To create a gift receipt, go to your orders in your Myboozt account and select an order. Click on ‘create gift receipt’ to select item(s) to include in your gift receipt. You will create one gift receipt for all the item(s) you have selected.

The gift receipt you create will be available for you immediately and a copy will be sent to your email.


The gift receipt can be used to create a return for the item(s) included in the gift receipt and can be returned at any time within the 30-day time period starting from the time of purchase.

 

I lost the gift receipt I created

You can create a new gift receipt at any time within the 30-days return period for item(s) that haven’t been returned.

 

Can I create a gift receipt after I’ve placed an order and received my items?

Yes, you can. As long as it is still within the 30-day return period you can create gift receipts.

How do I return items with a gift receipt?

To return item(s) with a gift receipt you need to go to our easy gift returns page.

Enter your return code which you’ll find on your gift receipt, select the item(s) you want to return and enter your email address. You can then download a prepaid return label which you can use to send back your item(s).

 

How will I be refunded?

If you return item(s) using a gift receipt you will receive the balance as a gift card to be used on Boozt.com. The gift card will be sent to your email address. It can not be exchanged for cash or other products.

Note: the balance on your gift card will be the same as the price during the time of purchase, which can vary depending on sale, campaigns and if discount vouchers were used or not.

Prepaid return label

Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your parcel. Please pack the item(s) in a sturdy plastic bag or box. We will not accept item(s) that are returned in only the product packaging.

You will also be informed about which delivery company your parcel needs to be dropped off at. Your prepaid return label will only work with certain delivery companies. This follows the standards of your country and/or which company it was that delivered the item(s).

We will not refund beauty products that have a broken seal.

The balance on the gift card I received is incorrect

Contact our customer service if you received the incorrect balance on your gift card.

Note: the balance on your gift card will be the same as the price during the time of purchase, which can vary depending on sale, campaigns and if discount vouchers were used or not.
