Finding the one is so not an easy task, be it true love or the perfect pair of boots. We reached out to 4 different profiles, just in time for cuffing season, and asked them what boots they’ll be devoted to this fall.
“I got cowboy boots online on eBay about a year and a half ago or so. It was an online thrift, but the boots were new. They’re quite frankly amazing! They’re so comfortable and versatile. I honestly had no idea I would be wearing them this much. Once you get a pair, you realize they go with everything. They’re so fun to dress up and down. I think they give every outfit a little something extra. I love trainers and a chunky pair of heels — but there’s something about these cowboy/cowgirl/cowthey boots that I can’t get over and don’t plan to anytime soon. They’re a closet staple for me now.”
“I love my winter boots which I spotted in the window at the local second-hand shop many years ago and managed to get a hold of. They’re perfect in size, comfortable, and the colour is lovely. This fall, I want to style them with checkered shorts and a checkered blazer in a way that almost looks “off” but comes together in a cool way. I also think it’s nice with bare legs and a dress, preferably green or blue since the boots are orange.”
"Right now, I love to dress classy but playful. Preferably with some unexpected elements. I found these second-hand boots probably 8 years ago and haven't tired of them yet. A good purchase in other words. Matched them with a wool suit I snagged for 50 bucks and a fun t-shirt to personalize the look. Also looking forward to wearing my boots with longer shorts, bright jewelry, and a big knit sweater.”
“I have some vintage Italian Fratelli Rosetti boots I found second-hand that have been my go-to all season. I love styling them with oversized jean shorts, a vintage tee, and layered jewelry. I tend to like a look that mixes the feminine and masculine. When I style them for something a bit more formal, I love pairing them with a mini skirt like I did in the photo during Copenhagen fashion week.”
