Kuri är skapad med hjälp av naturliga organiska former med en rå kant som kommer från det traditionella hantverket.
Tallrikarna har en slät glasyr som ger designen en extra kant och tillför en grafisk kontrast. Denna kontrast bidrar också till att göra den grova Kurinuki-ytan från leran silkesmjuk och lämplig att äta.
