Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached
  • Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.  Shoebox fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox, or without the original shoebox.
  • Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

Please note:

  • If you do not use the provided prepaid return label you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse. If there is no fault in the product, the value of the prepaid return label (6€) will be deducted from the refund amount. (Effective June 21, 2012)
  • We are responsible for return shipping costs if we have sent the wrong or defective product.
  •  If you receive a damaged parcel with missing item(s) we need photographic evidence of this. Please send a photo to us at customer service so we can investigate this further.
  •  If you return a used, worn or washed item that are not approved in our quality control, we can not send the item back to you.

      Our stock moves constantly. We recommend adding an item to favorites and/or visiting the website to see if the item is back in stock.

      We ship the parcels with UPS. Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days from order placement.

      We strongly encourage to use our prepaid return label included in the parcel.
      After placing the return form inside the bag/box with the item(s) and sticking the UPS label on top of the parcel please drop off your package at UPS pick up point or schedule a collection calling UPS or visiting www.ups.com/dropoff.

      Please also note that a there is a return handling fee of €6.

      It can take approximately 10 business days for us to receive your return in our warehouse in Sweden.
      As soon as we have received your item(s) your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days.
      You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
