Did the colour not match your expectations or was the size not right? If you regret your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition (with hangtags, etc.) within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. Please use the return form that is included in your package.

If the items were damaged upon receipt or you received the wrong item, please fill out the return form with the right return code and send us the items in their original condition (with hangtags, etc.) free of charge within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you as soon as we have received and examined your return.  Please note that we cannot refund used swimwear, undergarment or clothes that have been used extensively.

Please note that we can only handle your return if you have purchased the items on Boozt.com. The item must be returned in its original packaging (with hangtags, etc.). All goods will be inspected upon return and they are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Please follow the steps below should you wish to return your item(s)

1)  Please fill in the return form that is included in your package by selecting the return code on the form against your return.
2)  Place this return form and the goods that you want to return in the shopping bag.
3)  Use the UPS pre-addressed and prepaid return label (sticker)* on the outside of the shopping bag.
*We recommend that you use the provided return label.  If you do use the provided prepaid return label, you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse and the value of the postage will not be refunded except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.

4)  Please visit www.ups.com to arrange a pick-up for your return with UPS.
5)  Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to get back to us and we will process your return within 48 hours of receipt.
 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges at the moment.  If you would like to obtain another size or color for the item(s) you have purchased, please visit www.boozt.com and make a new order with your desired size and color.
 

Refund Time Frame

A refund will be given to the credit or debit card you used when you purchased your order.

Upon receipt of your return, please allow between 2-30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely depending on your card issuer or your bank.
