We recommend using the Body Scrub 1-2 times a week when showering. Wash the skin with an effective body wash and rinse off. The Body Scrub is then applied to the wet skin in circular motions. Be especially thorough on areas of the skin with pimples, blackheads, and other impurities, e.g., on the back and buttocks. Rinse off any excess product and abrasive grains from the skin. After your shower, and you have patted yourself dry, it is important that you apply a good cream to add moisture to the skin. We recommend Australian Bodycare Body Lotion. Before using the scrub, we recommend washing the skin clean with Body Wash from Australian Bodycare.
