You can use Keratosis Pilaris Body Scrub 1-3 times a week. Start by washing your skin with a good body wash, possibly a soap based on salicylic acid for optimal cleansing of problem skin. Then apply an appropriate amount of scrub to the areas where the skin feels rough or bumpy – for example upper arms, thighs, buttocks or shoulders. Massage gently with circular movements for 1-2 minutes, so that the active ingredients get good contact with the skin surface and areas with accumulations. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat the skin dry with a clean towel – avoid rubbing hard. After use, it is recommended to apply a moisturizer or body lotion that supports the skin's barrier and moisture level. If you wish, you can use the scrub 2-3 times a week. If your skin has not previously been used to exfoliation, you can start with 1-2 times a week and then gradually increase depending on your skin's tolerance. Exfoliated skin may be more sensitive – so use sunscreen on exposed areas if you are in the sun. The product is best stored at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Close the packaging tightly after use. Not for use by children under 10 years of age.
