Use & care
Clean the appliance before first use by filling with water to the MAX level and brew without coffee. Pour away, wait ten minutes and you are now ready to brew.
The water nozzle, filter holder, coffee filter, measuring spoon, jug lid and glass jug can be cleaned in the top rack of the dishwasher Wipe the brewer with a damp cloth.
How it works
Open the lid and fill the water tank to the desired level with clear, cold water, making sure it is between the MIN and MAX levels. Close the lid.
Fill the coffee filter with the desired amount of ground coffee - maximum 12 Bodum spoons.
Press the on/off button to start brewing the coffee. The edge of the button will glow white and after a few seconds the water will start to flow through the shower into the filter and then the glass jug.
After a maximum of 10 minutes, you have freshly brewed coffee ready to serve.
To use the automatic start function, press the standby button twice and program the machine to the time you want.
