Place your favorite product on the applicator and grab the straps behind your back. Now you can pull the applicator from side to side down your back, buttocks and thighs until the product is evenly distributed. Always apply a little at a time, you can always add a little more if you wish. - Clean the applicator as needed in warm water and soap and let air dry.
