The traditional Japanese art form of origami inspired German designer Robin Scholtysik to develop the ORU collection for blomus. What began with the design of a delicate and sculptural side table has developed into a complete and functional furniture collection. The ORU bench combines modern design with excellent comfort. Its base is made of the same thin steel as the coffee tables, creating a unified look. Thanks to its clean, minimalist lines, the bench is versatile – whether in the entrance area, as an additional seat in the living room or at the foot of a bed.
