"OBP" or "Ocean Bound Plastic" is plastic waste defined as "plastic with a risk of ending up in the oceans" and is plastic waste that is left outside / in nature outside organized collection systems. With more than 10 million tonnes of plastic ending up in the world's oceans each year, of which an estimated 80% comes from the Ocean Bound areas, it is important to put the collection and recycling of plastic waste into a system worldwide. e3light OBP LED is the perfect replacement for you who just need a classic LED bulb that can replace a 60W incandescent bulb with E27 socket. The bulb is identical in appearance and power compared to a similar LED bulb made in new plastic. The cover is in PC OBP plastic and the housing in PA OBP plastic.
