A medium cutting board that allows you to handle fish, meat, poultry, and vegetables. The practical juice groove makes it easy to carve smaller pieces of meat without spilling the juices or letting water from vegetables run off. The Medium Board Groove provides you with a cutting board that is raw, stylish, and incredibly durable.
Product Material: The cutting board is made from FSC-certified wood fiber sourced from sustainable forestry. The material is robust, gentle on your knives, heat-resistant up to 170°C, and retains its color after use. The board is dyed through in Night Black, preventing the absorption of colors from foods, which is common with plastic and wooden boards.

Hygiene: Thanks to the incredible hardness of wood fiber, the cutting board can be cleaned in the dishwasher without warping or cracking. The wood fiber material is also antibacterial, making it an excellent choice for the kitchen.
Maintenance: With use, scratches and cuts from knives will naturally occur, but these can easily be removed with a scouring pad. Light scrubbing of the scratches followed by the application of beeswax and thorough wiping will restore the wood fiber to its natural luster. Easy, quick, and highly effective. Note that the adhesive on the silicone feet may dissolve when washed in the dishwasher. If you happen to lose a silicone foot, new feet can be ordered from the retailer or directly from us.
