- Achtung: Allow the pot to cool completely before cleaning to avoid cracking the enamel. Clean with warm water and a soft sponge with mild dish soap. Avoid metal scourers. If food sticks, fill with warm soapy water and let it soak for 15–20 minutes, or bring water with a little baking soda to a boil to loosen residue. Dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent rust on uncoated edges. Note: Enamelled cast iron pots have no non-stick coating – food may stick and contribute to deeper flavour and character.

Three layers of enamel protect the interior and make cleaning easy. The lid with condensation knobs circulates steam back into the pot, preserving flavour and moisture. Double side handles make it easy to carry from stovetop to table. Compatible with all stovetops including induction. Oven safe up to 250 °C.
