The success of Satake Lightweight Cast Iron Honeycomb is taking it to a new level. Now the new series is being launched with a ceramic non-stick coating that is added PFAS, synthetic materials and heavy metals.
Another novelty is the matte black handles and details. Perhaps the world's most stylish frying pan? The honeycomb patterned surface distributes the heat evenly and provides a perfect surface for the ingredients. A superb pan for all types of frying - vegetables, fish and meat.
Before first use, be sure to wash the pan. Boil some water in the pan for a couple of minutes before washing it with a small amount of washing-up liquid and a dishwashing brush.
Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Advice and instructions: When using on an induction hob, never use the boost function because the rapid increase in heat is too intense for the pan and the coating. This function is for boiling water only. Approximately 70% of the stove's maximum capacity is recommended.
Never pour cold water into a hot pan. Never overheat an empty pan. Clean by washing with hot water, a little washing-up liquid and a dish brush. Dry thoroughly immediately after cleaning. For longer shelf life, reduce the amount of added acids (such as vinegar) when cooking. We recommend using fat when cooking. For shelf life and taste.
The frying pan has a diameter of 24 cm.
