As well as being the Editor-in-Chief of The Edit on Boozt.com, Sarah is a certified 200hr Vinyasa yoga teacher based in Malmo, Sweden. She has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has been teaching for the last 18 months. Her passion is to guide and hold space for students to explore their bodies, minds, and hearts through movement and breath. Through her classes, she helps to cultivate well-being, compassion, and awareness on and off the mat.

I destress with the breath…

A recent breathwork class made me realise its restorative powers. I use smaller breathing exercises like Box Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing, and Lion’s Breath to calm me down in stressful times.


The self-care treatments I swear by include…

Regular facials and full body massages. I have a sauna in my house, but I do love to go to the one by the beach in Malmo, so I can dip in the sea afterward. Year-round! Relaxing in a hot aromatherapy bath at the end of the day is pure bliss too.


Wellness for me is…

So many things. But if I include movement, eat healthily, sleep well, and keep stress to a minimum it always makes me feel good and have the energy to live a happy life.
