      Day 0-1: Your order is prepared to be shipped.

      We use UPS as our primary delivery partner. Please note that your package may be delivered to a neighbouring residence in the case that you are not available.   



      Easy returns

      How do I return my item(s)?

      Fill out the easy return form included in your package.
      Schedule a pick-up with UPS and your return is on its way.*
      After your return is received, a refund will be issued your account within 2 working days.**
      You will receive a refund receipt email.
      Money is in your account within 2-7 days.***
      *It may take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return.
      **Return handling fee is 6€. 
      **The time it takes for your refund to appear in your bank statement is influenced by your payment issuer and is out of our control.
      ***Over 90% of our customers will see their refund within 2-7 days.

      How do I return an item?
      Boozt.com offers 30 days of easy returns, valid from the day you received your order. 

      The merchandise must be in original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.  

      When returning an item, please follow the instructions on the return form that came with your reuseable Boozt package. You can also follow the steps in our sales and delivery conditions. When you return your item, always save your return tracking number util confirmation of arrival. If you do not use the provided prepaid return label you are responsible for the goods until it reaches our warehouse. If there is no fault in the product, the value of the prepaid return label (6€) will be deducted from the refund amount. If the return label or return form was misplaced, please contact customer service. 

      Please note that if you made your purchase within the European Union, your return must also be made from a country within the European Union.

      Green shipping.
      To minimise waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please re-use the Boozt bag your items were delivered in for any returns. 

      Has my return been received?
      It takes around 10 working days for us to receive and process your return. When the return is registered, you will receive an email confirmation. 

      When will I receive my refund?
      Refunds will be processed within 2 days, after your items are received in the warehouse.  

      Please note: it may take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank statement. This is dependent on the card issuers and is out of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card used when the order was placed. If we are unable to do this (i.e. the card is declined, cancelled or has expired), please contact Customer Service and we will refund you through a bank transfer.

      I have been refunded the wrong amount.
      If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact Customer Service and state your order number and the required refund amount.

      Please note: Delivery and return handling fee charges are non-refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the extra fees. 

      Why have you not refunded the return postage charge?
      If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the shipping cost and will not receive a refund on your postage. If you use the prepaid return label included in your package, 6€ will be deducted from your refund. However, if we sent you the wrong item or something faulty, contact Customer Service and we will help you to send it back free of charge. Photos will be necessary to help us investigate the matter further. 

      Do you want a different size?
      Please return the item to us, with the prepaid return label in your parcel. When we receive your return, a refund will be made. Place a new order for the correct size and you will have your new item within 3-5 business days. 

      I wish to make a complaint about my item.

      Cancellation period

      When shopping with Boozt.com, you are entitled to a cancellation period of 14 days. We always offer you the option to return it within 30 days. Read more about our sales and delivery conditions here


      Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

      No. All customs and import charges are included in the price of the order. However, if taxes and duty have been levied on top of your order please get in contact with Customer Service for assistance.

      Can I shop Tax Free?

      Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

      We can't ship to PO Box addresses for security reasons.



      Has my order been shipped?

      As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive an email confirmation. 


      Can I track my order?

      Depending on the carrier your order is sent with, the dispatch email you receive will include a unique tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your parcel. 

      Please notesometimes a parcel is not traceable. Should this be the case with your parcel, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service directly for assistance. The processing time for us and the distributor can take up to 14 days. We always strive to work as quickly as possible an are appreciative of your understanding and patience.


      Something is wrong with my order

      We apologise for any inaccuracies with your order. Please get in touch with our customer service for further assistance. 

      For any damaged parcels with missing item(s), we request photographic evidence. Please send a photo to our customer service so we can investigate this further. 



      Voucher Codes/Discounts

      What are Boozt.com promotion codes?
      Promotion codes are codes that can be used to obtain discounts. Discount codes from time to time used as promotions. Make sure you receive the information about future promotions by signing up to our newsletter.  

      Please note! You can only use one discount code at a time. 

      How do I use my promotional code?

      1. Put the items you want to purchase in the shopping bag and got to "Checkout".
      2. Type in the discount code in the field for it to the right.
      3. Press "Apply" to add the voucher on your order. The voucher will not be applied until you have completed this step. If you can't see the discount in your "Order summary", please contact customer service for assistance. 

      Please note! If you wish to complete your order later, you have to type in the code again. 

      Please note! Type in the code as it is shown. If you add a space between the letters, the code won't be recognized. 

      I forgot to use my promotion code
      If you forgot to use your code, please contact us. We can help you.  

      How do promotion codes affect my right to return an order?
      If a promotion code is applied to your original order, the promotion code is distributed on all of your items and the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect this. 

      If you make a partial return, the value of the promotion code (for the returned product) is not transferred to the items you choose to keep. We cannot re-issue a promotion code, even if you return the entire original order to us.




      Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

      No. Due to our efforts to ensure you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed.  


      Can I can cancel my order?

      No. For fast delivery, we begin processing your order once it is received. If you no longer wish to have the item(s), we recommend using following our easy returns once the parcel has been received.

      When will I be charged?
      When your order has been placed, your card will be authorised and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Payment will be taken first when we dispatched your order and send it from our warehouse. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and you will get notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful. Please remember that even if a payment is not authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you will not be able to access that amount of money for a short while.

      When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account by Boozt and payment is debited from your card only at the time of dispatch.
      How secure is it to use my credit- or debit card online?
      • Your connection is always secure with us and encrypted with 256 bit cipher.
      • Boozt Online Shop supports Visa/Master Card 3D Secure protocol.
      • For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

      All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and prevent fraud. We also take security very seriously, so your details will be safe with us.

      *You can only pay with a credit card that is issued in the same country as your shipping address.

      Is it safe to order online?
      To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Boozt.com uses industry standard Secure Socket Layers technology (SSL). If you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser during checkout, you will see it begin with ‘https://’ instead of the normal ‘http://’. This also indicates that you in secure mode. To ensure your information is kept private, we do not store any payment information in our database.

      This technology includes the following features

      • Authentication - this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server and that the server is secure
      • Encryption - this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
      • Data Integrity - this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.
      Boozt reserves the right to delay any order if we suspect further security control is needed.


      Store credit and value

      In what situations do I receive a store credit?
      You may receive a store credit code when we calculate discounts afterwards or when you wish to receive your refund of an order in the form of store credit.

      How do I learn the value of my Boozt store credit?
      The initial value of your store credit will be in the e-mail in which the code was sent to you.

      Can I exchange my store credit for cash?
      No, Boozt store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

      How long is my store credit valid?  
      Your store credit is valid for 2 years.


      Paying with Store credit

      How do I make a purchase with my store credit?
      When you have found all your favorites at Boozt.com, proceed to the checkout where there is a field to add your ´store credit code´.

      What if I want to spend more than my store credit value?
      To make a purchase in an amount greater than the available balance, you use a second form of payment to cover the difference.

      I pay with store credit and additional payment. How is the payment on products calculated?
      The store credit amount is divided over all the products and the additional payment covers the rest.

      What should I do if my Boozt Store credit code is declined?
      Firstly, verify that there is a value for making a purchase. You will find the value of the store credit code inserted in the email sent to you. If there is a value but it still does not work, please ask for assistance from our customer service

      Can I use more than one store credit code in an order?
      No you are not able to use more than one store credit code in one order.

      Can I combine two store credit codes?
      Yes, this is possible. If you log in at MyBoozt, you can combine two codes into one new code.

      What if I did not use the whole amount of my store credit?
      After placing an order, any value left on your gift card will be available to use for another order on the same code.

      Can I use my discount code when I use store credit to purchase my items?
      Yes, you can combine your gift card with a promotional code. Simply use the appropriate box in the check-out to enter your discount/voucher code and your store credit code.

      Is there a minimum/maximum amount of purchase when paying with my store credit?
      Please note that there is a minimum order amount of 25.00 € to use store credit, but there is no maximum to purchase using store credit. If you do not have enough store credit to complete your order, you can pay the remaining balance through one of our payment methods.




      What happens to my store credit when I return item(s) from my order?
      When you return item(s) from an order where store credit were used as a payment method; you will get refunded in store credit, or partly store credit and partly cash, depending on the way you paid for the order.

      Ordering and payment
      Boozt.com is open 24 hours a day and you can buy at almost any time. However, we may close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

      To purchase at Boozt.com you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid bankcard that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent and / or otherwise have a legal right to enter into a purchase.

      You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can edit the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of order and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods.

      Any extra payments such as shipping or debit card charges will be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

      When you are ready to order, click on "Checkout", where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number, payment method and choose delivery method.

      You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the button "Go to secure payment". After this, your order passes to Boozt.com and can no longer be changed.

      You are required to provide a correct address for delivery of the goods. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Boozt.com reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

      The minimum amount for a purchase at Boozt.com is 25 €.

      Cancellation of order
      Boozt.com may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be informed if such a situation arises and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned / cancelled.

      Acknowledgement of order receipt and order confirmation
      When you order an item from us, you will receive a receipt by email to show your order has been received. However, you enter into a binding sales contract only when you have received an order confirmation / sales receipt from us.

      14-day cancellation period
      When you shop with Boozt.com you usually have 14 days to cancel, when you can inform us that you have changed your mind and return the item to us.

      The cancellation period starts on the day you received the items. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday Christmas Day or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

      After receipt you may only handle the items so as to establish their nature, characteristics and the way they operate.

      Some products do not include a right to cancel, or you may lose your right to cancel.

      Items excluded from the right to cancel:

      The following are excluded from the right to cancel: Sealed products, which for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned once the seal is broken after delivery.

      To exercise the right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can use our standard cancellation form included in any package you receive from us. If this form is used, you do not need to otherwise inform us about your cancellation.


      We expect you to return the items as soon as possible after you have given cancellation notice and no later than 14 days after you have changed your mind.

      Boozt.com offers a 30 days return period.               

      If you change your mind about your purchase, the items must be returned to us by using the same courier that delivered the goods to you (UPS). 

      Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in the value of an item. To receive a full refund, is it recommended to return the product in its original packaging.

      When returning the items, you should make sure that they are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package / items until received by us. So keep the receipt from the courier and if applicable the track and trace number.

      You must pay the costs of returning the items if you change your mind, a prepaid return label is included in the parcel (a return handling fee of 6€ will be deducted from the refund).

      Please note! We do not accept packages sent COD or similar.

      Documentation of your purchase and return form

      You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation from your purchase. Additionally, it will facilitate the processing if you attach a completed return form, which is enclosed in the package when you receive the items.

      When we receive the items, we will check them and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us upon purchase.

      The amount is always transferred to the same payment method used for the purchase. If for example you paid by card, the purchase amount is reversed to the payment card you used for the purchase minus returning fees, if applicable.

      You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired or damaged because

      ·       you have actually used the items

      ·       the items were damaged while you were responsible for them

      ·       you handled items in a manner other than was necessary for you to determine their nature, characteristics and the way they operate

      ·       you have not followed the restrictions of the cancellation right in terms of seals, product type etc.

      Returns – UPS

      Follow these steps if you want to return your item(s)

      Step 1: Fill out the return form and pack your items securely. Cover up or remove the original shipping label and old bar code on the package.

      NOTE: When returning shoes, the shoe box may not be used as a shipping box alone.

      Step 2: Send the return form with the item(s) you wish to return.

      Step 3: Attach the return label to the package.

      NOTE: If you are not using the provided postage-paid return label you are responsible for your items until they reach our warehouse. Remember to ask for a receipt when UPS picks up your package, so that your package is insured. A return handling fee of 6€ will be deducted from the refund.

      Step 4: Contact UPS on the local phone number (found on www.ups.com)  and follow the instructions (international parcel with prepaid label). Agree on a date and time where UPS can pick-up the package at your address, so that the package is returned to us.

      Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product

      Your purchase is covered by the Swedish Sale of Goods Act, including rules regarding defects. This means that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, receive a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

      Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other incorrect conduct.

      You must contact us within a "reasonable period"

      You must make your claim within a "reasonable period" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you claim as soon as possible and within 2 months of the defect being discovered.

      You can claim by contacting us via email at customerservice_eu@boozt.com or by telephone on +46 10 138 83 36.

      So that we can assess your claim, we will ask you the following:

      1. Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred. Please note that you should contact us as soon as you discover the defect.

      2. To document the defect you must send 4-5 photos together with the description. The defect must be clear from at least one of the photos. Additionally, make sure that your photos show the entire product, from the front and back (with shoes include a photo of the soles).

      3. Send the photos via email to customerservice_eu@boozt.com

      4. Please indicate the order number for the item, or attach a copy of the order confirmation / receipt

      5. After we receive your photos, we will deal with your claim as soon as possible.

      If you are returning faulty item(s), Boozt.com will send you a prepaid return label. If you choose not to use the prepaid return label (making you responsible for all costs associated with shipping) please send the items to:

      If the claim is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs
      If the claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs incurred when sending the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transport, including our shipping costs for returning the item after the investigation.

      Remember that the item must always be well packaged and you must get proof of postage. You are responsible for the package / items until received by us. So keep the postal receipt including information on shipping costs and if applicable the track and trace number.

      Please note! We do not accept packages sent COD or similar.

      Discount codes (vouchers)
      We regularly offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions. The codes can be limited for use with specific products, categories or brands.

      When you use a discount code you need to buy the specified minimum amount. If you buy less than the specified minimum amount, the difference will not be refunded. Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the buying process, before you pay for the order. You cannot get credit if you forget to enter a discount code before the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order.

      Discount codes are transferable and can be used by the bearer. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, vouchers or similar.

      In case of fraud, attempted fraud or in cases of suspected illegal activity in connection with the redemption of vouchers, we are entitled to cancel the discount code, to cancel the order for which the discount code was used and block your ability to use Boozt.com permanently.

      Personal data
      In order to shop at Boozt.com you must give the following minimum information:

      The above data is stored together with information about the items you have purchased for 7 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, see Swedish Accounting Act (Accounting Act (1999:1078) Chapter 7 § 2) after which the information is deleted.

      If you set up a login to facilitate self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.

      Information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation would be in accordance with current privacy legislation.

      As a customer you are entitled to access your registration data and you may object to registration pursuant to the relevant rules in the Personal Data Act. Any queries regarding this should be directed to customer service via email customerservice_eu@boozt.com.
