Frying pan M'6s 26 cm Copper/Steel - Bratpfannen

Mauviel M’6s is crafted from six layers combining stainless steel and aluminium with an outer layer of copper. The result is cookware with outstanding heat-conducting properties that heat up quickly and evenly across the entire pan or pot.
Copper is known as the most efficient material when it comes to conducting heat swiftly and precisely, providing full control over the cooking process. With M’6s, Mauviel has created a collection of copper cookware that can also be used on induction hobs.
• Six-layer construction, 2.7 mm thick. The first layer is 18/10 stainless steel for easy cleaning. Layers 2, 3, and 4 are aluminium, ensuring fast and even heat distribution. Layer 5 is stainless steel, and layer 6 is copper, offering excellent thermal conductivity.
