




Used traditionally in Asian cuisine, the wok has a large surface area and deep curved sides, making it ideal for flash frying vegetables and meat. The characteristic shape ensures rapid and even heat distribution and helps retain ingredients in the pan during fast stir-frying. The wok body is made of 100 per cent recycled post-consumer aluminium topped with an effective ceramic Slip-Let® coating to prevent foods sticking and burning on for cooking and cleaning with ease. The wok is scratch-resistant, oven-safe up to 400°C, compatible with all heat sources and dishwasher-safe. This cookware is based on the classic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, which ensures that it still offers the renowned Eva Trio features such as cold handles, a pouring lip, stackability and compatibility with lids and other items in the Eva Trio range.
