With the lighthouse Urbania Church tower, Kähler celebrates the natural beauty of light and the authenticity of handmade ceramics in a poetic and elegant design language. The Church tower lighthouse stands 20 cm tall and, like the rest of Kähler’s popular Urbania series of iconic lighthouses, is designed by Mette Bache and Barbara Bendix Becker. Urbania Church tower is shaped by tradition and beautifully embraces the warm and authentic atmosphere found in church towers scattered across the country. And with each window carefully carved by hand, you always get a stylish yet cosy silhouette, where the flickering glow of the tealight is reflected in the crisp white ceramic of the Urbania lighthouse, creating playful clusters of light and shadow around it.
