The reusable silicone baking mat can be used in place of parchment paper, and it can also be placed on a rack at the bottom of the oven to keep the oven floor free of oil, grease and food splashes. Never place the baking mat directly on the floor of the oven. The mat is designed to withstand temperatures from -60° to +230°C, is easy to clean and can be washed in a dishwasher.
