There are so many things to love about summer. The balmy evenings outside, wearing lighter clothes with NO outerwear yay, oh and of course, eating alfresco with a glass of something nice. One of my other favourite things is to exercise outdoors. Just throwing on your running gear and walking to the park or running the beach, is pure delight. Even just rolling the mat out in the garden is pure joy. I’ve mentioned before that I use this app called WEGLOW, well I’m still using it and they’ve just introduced Barre workouts to it. Who knew a ball could be such an instrument of torture. I’ll show you which one in a minute, but before I get into the gear I wear, let's go back to how exercising outdoors makes you feel. There’s something about coming home from work or getting up a bit earlier and sneaking a workout in. I hope you feel the same.
