This saucepan is ideal for making gravies, sauces and porridge, and for melting butter and chocolate. The saucepan body is made of 100 per cent aluminium topped with an effective ceramic Slip-Let® coating to prevent foods sticking and burning on for cooking and cleaning with ease. The saucepan is oven-safe up to 400 °C, compatible with all heat sources and dishwasher-safe. This cookware is based on the classic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, which ensures that it still offers the renowned Eva Trio features such as cold handles, a pouring lip, stackability and compatibility with lids and other items in the Eva Trio range.
The saucepan is covered by a 10-year shape stability warranty.
