This sauté pan gives you all kinds of options: you can fry, sear, braise and sauté and also make gravy, sauces and stews in this versatile all-rounder. The high straight sides ensure that even liquid foods stay inside – including during fast stirring. The sauté pan body is made of 100 per cent aluminium topped with an effective ceramic Slip-Let® coating to prevent foods sticking and burning on for cooking and cleaning with ease. The pan is oven-safe up to 400 °C, compatible with all heat sources and dishwasher-safe. This cookware is based on the classic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, which ensures that it still offers the renowned Eva Trio features such as cold handles, a pouring lip, stackability and compatibility with lids and other items in the Eva Trio range.
The sauté pan is covered by a 10-year shape stability warranty.
