It helps reduce irritation, strengthen the skin barrier, and can be used for quick relief (20–40 minutes) or longer, more intensive care.

Cleanse your face, apply the Reedle Shot serum (Step 1) and let it absorb, then place the hydrogel mask (Step 2) on your face. Leave on for 20–40 minutes, remove, and pat remaining essence into skin. Follow with moisturizer if desired.
