1. Ensure your hair is clean, dry and product free.
2. Long press the on/off button to turn the brush on.
3. Short press the mode button to turn on and adjust the vibrations.
4. Gently place the brush against your scalp and slowly brush it through your hair, keeping the bristles close to the scalp.
5. Continue brushing until all areas of the scalp have had 3-minutes or more of light exposure. Maximum daily exposure of 20-minutes per area.
6. Long press the on/off button to turn off the the device.
