We are sorry to hear that a defect has appeared on a product you purchased from us. Follow these steps to report a claim:
1. Login here with your order number and email address and go to 'My Orders'.
Please note! The Claim button will become available once the return period for your order has expired. If you have received a faulty item, please follow the instructions here.
2. Include the following information in the description of the defect
- When was the defect discovered?
- How did the defect occur?
- How was the item washed? (temperature/program/drying method)
3. Attach at least two photos. One that clearly shows the entire item and another of the defect itself. If the complaint is about shoes, we also need a photo of the soles.
Once we have received the claim, we will handle it as quickly as possible.
Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Sales Act. You have the right to claim within 2 years of receiving the item. The claim should be done within a reasonable time (2 months) after the defect occurred.The consumer guarantee only covers production defects and defects that have occurred before the customer receives the product. Production defects do not include wear and tear, improper handling of the product, or surface damage that has occurred during use of the product.
