We are sorry to hear you have experienced a faulty product.
Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Purchase Act. This means that you can either get a faulty item repaired, replaced, refunded or a price reduction depending on the situation. It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not the result of incorrect use of the product.
A defect must be reported within 3 years from the day you received the item and within a "reasonable time" upon disovering the it. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and no later than two 2 months after the defect is discovered. We recommend to stop using the item while the case is undergoing.
In order for us to quickly assess the defect we recommend you to report the claim following the steps below so we can help you.
1. Describe the defect as detailed as possible and how it appeared (the cause).
2. Take a couple of pictures clearly showing the item in its entirety (front and back) and the defect itself. If the claim concerns shoes at least one picture must be of the soles.

Once we have received your pictures and description we will process your claim as quickly as possible. A free prepaid return label will be provided in case we need the item back.
