How do I make a claim?

We are sorry that you are experiencing problems with one of our items! Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Purchase Act.
This means that you can either get a faulty item repaired, replaced, refunded or a price reduction depending on the situation. It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not the result of incorrect use of the product.

You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" upon discovering the issue. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and no later than two (2) months after the defect is discovered.

In order for us to handle your claim we will ask you to:
- Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred. However, please note that you should contact our Customer Service team as soon as you discover the defect.

- So that we can see the issue please send us 4-5 pictures along with the description. The defect must be clearly visible on at least one of the images.
In addition, please ensure that your pictures show the entire product including the front and back of the item (if the claim concerns shoes there should also be a picture of the soles).

Once we have received your pictures and description we will process your claim as quickly as possible. We will notify you of the outcome by email.
Once your claim has been approved we recommend that you return the article(s) in question as soon as possible. You should not continue to use the product.
