Prioritized packing

How does prioritized packing work?

If you choose Priority Packing service, your order will jump to the front of our warehouse processing queue. We'll pick and pack your items before other standard orders.

The priority packing -service takes effect as soon as we begin the processing of your order and cannot be cancelled once it has been fulfilled. If for any reason we are unable to provide the priority packing for your order, we will refund the service fee.

Kindly note that this service only speeds up the order packing process carried out by the warehouse. The delivery time for your order depends on the carrier and shipping method you selected at checkout.

Priority packing is not available for all delivery methods and can be temporarily unavailable based on our warehouse order fulfillment capacity.
