How do I make a return?

Follow these steps to return products:

1. Log in to your My Boozt-account and register the return in "My Orders" tab.

2. After registration, pack all the return items and stick the return label on the package. Please do not put the label directly on a product packaging. If you've lost the return label, you'll find a PDF-version attached to the return registration confirmation email.

3. Drop off the return package to the distributors service point. You can check the distributor from your return label. Remember to keep the receipt until you're return has been processed and refunded.

How can I get a new return label?

The return label is always attached to the return registration confirmation email. If you've lost or used the first return label, you can simply register a new return in My Boozt. You can print the label and tape it to the package.

Can I combine items from multiple orders into one return package?

No, this is not possible. Each order must be returned separately in its own package using the specific return label for that order. This is necessary for our system to correctly identify and process your refund.

Do I need to use Boozt packaging for the return?

We always recommend to use our reusable packaging when returning since this is a more convenient and environmentally friendly solution. If you're not able to reuse the packaging, feel free to use something else. Ensure the items are packed safely.
