How do I make a size exchange?

1. Log in to My Boozt and open My Orders

2. Open the return registration and choose return reson "I think the item is too small/big"

3. If we have the product still in stock, a pop up will appear that will let you add the size you wish for directly in your shopping basket.

4. After you've finished the return registration, you can simply finish ordering the new size or shop for more prouducts.

What if the product is more expensive now?

If the product is more expensive now don't worry! After you've ordered the new size, simply contact our customer service with your new order number and they will help you get the original price. The price adjustment will match the price exactly to your original order discounts included.

Kindly note that in order to get the original price, the product has to be exact the same color and model as in your original order.

Can I make a size exchange after the return period has ended?

All items must be returned within the 30 days return period. However, you can finish the order with the new size and request the price adjustment afterwards.
