Do I have to pay a return fee?

Yes, there is a 6 € return fee. To make the process as easy as possible, we include a prepaid return label with your order. You won't need to pay anything upfront to the carrier. The 6 € fee will simply be deducted from your final refund.

When will I be refunded for my return?

Refunds are usually initiated within 16 to 20 days after you drop your return package off with the carrier. This timeline allows for shipping transit and warehouse processing. The moment your refund is issued, we will send a confirmation to your email.

Kindly note that depending on your payment method, it can take 2-5 business days for the amount to be visible on your bank account. You can find the refund details from the refund receipt.

Why haven't all of the items I returned been refunded?

If you did not receive a refund for all of your returned items, the missing item may have been selected for a routine inspection. Please note that returning items from multiple orders in the same package, or using a return label from a different order, can also cause a delay in processing your refund.
