We recommend using Scalp Scrub 1-2 times a week to cleanse the scalp completely in depth. Wet your hair and apply Scalp Scrub. Massage into the scalp thoroughly to exfoliate and remove product build up, bacteria, and dandruff. Then rinse thoroughly with water to remove any abrasive grains. Scalp Scrub works both as a scrub and shampoo, but you can wash again with regular shampoo if you want to double wash your hair. We recommend Hair Clean shampoo from Australian Bodycare. If you want to use a conditioner to add moisture and nourish your hair, we recommend Hair Care Conditioner from Australian Bodycare. Hair Care can also be applied to the scalp if it is very dry and irritated.
