If you are unsure about which breast shield size to choose, visit www.medela.com or consult a lactation consultant or breastfeeding specialist who can help you find the right fit. • Contact healthcare personnel or a lactation specialist if you are only able to pump a little or no milk, or if the let-down is painful. • If you are pumping at a high altitude, such as on an airplane, you may want to consider pumping more frequently or for longer periods if you feel there is still milk in your breasts after pumping.
