No other coffee maker has fascinated passionate coffee drinkers like PEBO® (formerly SANTOS).
Follow the eye-catching brewing process through the two securely connected borosilicate bowls! Water is heated in the lower chamber, creating steam pressure that forces the boiling water to mix with the ground coffee. The coffee maker is then removed from the heat and vacuum pressure sucks the brewed coffee through a strainer and to the bottom of the jug for serving.
Its exceptionally efficient vacuum/siphon brewing method extracts all the essential oils from your favorite coffee. The vacuum brewing process is completely sealed and no aroma can escape. In addition, the brewing time and temperature are perfectly calibrated, ensuring a perfect cup of coffee with every brew.
Depending on the amount of water used, PEBO® can brew delicious coffee within 5 to 11 minutes and serve 4 to 8 cups (0.5l/10oz,max. 1.0l/34oz).
