For obvious reasons, Denmark is one of the places in the world where people take the keenest interest in light and lighting. When it’s dark outside, we really value the lighting in our homes and workplaces. When it comes to Danish design, lamps – and perhaps pendants in particular – have always played a special role. The small Hiti pendant is a new and refreshing example of how the Danish tradition for lamp design is evolving today. The shape is round and organic, and given its gently flattened shape, the lamp looks slightly different from every angle. The lamp works well as a single lamp, for example over a small table, or suspended in a series over a larger area. It is available in both matt opal white and in a completely transparent version.
