What delivery methods do you offer?

For customers shopping in Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain, DHL is the only available delivery option, offering delivery to a home address, a neighbour, or a DHL Service Point.

What is the delivery time and price?

We strive to ship all orders as fast as possibe. However, specific delivery details are always shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates starting from when the order is shipped. For large orders handling time at our warehouse can be longer than usual.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. When your parcel has been shipped you will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email. You can find different delivery options including estimated delivery time and cost below.

DHL

Home delivery: Delivery time 3-5 business days. Free for orders over 69 €, otherwise 6.99 €. Your package will be delivered directly to your home address by DHL. If you are not at home, you can arrange with DHL that your package will be deposited at your doorstep, a location of your choice, or that it will be delivered to a DHL branch. Please note that you will then be responsible for your package.
