What countries do you delivery to?

We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (Åland included), France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Please note that delivery is not available to certain regions and islands, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands, Corsica, Northern Ireland, Svalbard, Madeira, the Azores, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Can I order to another country or address?

We want to make sure your order reaches you safely! Because of this, we require the shipping address to match your residential country and private home address. At this time, it is not possible to place an order with alternative residential addresses, business locations, or P.O. Boxes.

Kindly note that depending on your chosen delivery method you might need to show ID or download the distributors app on your mobile device to pick up the parcel.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

You do not have to pay customs or import fees separately. All customs and import charges are included in the price of the order.
