Requesting personal data

How do I request my personal data?

If you wish to collect your personal data log in to My Boozt and open "My Profile" tab. Click the button "Collect" next to Collect personal data -section. Fill in your email address and click "Send request". We will send you an email where you need to approve the request.

Within 30 days, we will send you a new e-mail with a link to download your customer data. Please note! This link will only be valid for 15 days.

Please note that for security reasons you need to have access to the email address that is connected to the account in order to delete it.
