Why are some products marked as sponsored?

Sponsored products are products highlighted by individual brands to inspire you. Brands promote a higher ranking of sponsored products in search results and product listings, and the sorting/ranking of sponsored products is independent from Boozt’s other product sorting/ranking.

We will only show you sponsored products which are relevant to you based on the Boozt shop region you are browsing from and the product category you are looking at or searching for. If you consent to marketing cookies, we can keep track of which sponsored products we show you and thus vary the sponsored products we show you.

How does Boozt ensure that the product reviews are authentic?

Only customers who have purchased the product are given the opportunity to leave a review. A review request is sent to the consumer by e-mail after they have received the product. Comments may be rejected only if there is a justified reason, such as inappropriate language or offensive content.

Why do you see this sorting order of the products?

We want to provide you with the most tailored selection of products across our categories, brands, and search results pages. To achieve this, we utilise general information sources when sorting the products, such as:

Country: We rank products based on the market region from which you are browsing, so that you will only see products available in your region.

Product Activity: We take into account recent activity associated with the product, such as release date, discounts or vouchers available for the product, amount of sold pieces.

Popularity Score: We rank products based on their popularity with other customers to highlight products that are currently trending.

Personalized recommendations: We use your previously browsed and favourite products to suggest items that are most relevant to you.

Each factor is weighted differently and impacts the way products are sorted on our categories, brands, and search results pages. Additionally, you might come across “sponsored” products on some of our pages.
