What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay you order with a credit card, ApplePay or through PayPal.

Payment with a card - 3D Secure

Starting in 2021 card payments online are made even more secure due to new EU regulations.This means you will be asked to verify your purchase through 3D Secure (sometimes named "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard Secure" depending on your choice of issuer.) This process is handled by your bank so if you experience any issues verifying your payment, please contact your bank.

At the time of payment the amount will be reserved on your card, but not withdrawn until we have sent your order. We accept the following methods of card payment: Visa, Mastercard, Dankort & Eurocard. There will be no payment fee.

Note! If your card is not accepted and no amount can be reserved, a message will show on the screen that the payment failed. Please note that even if the payment fails, some card issuers might still reserve the amount. This could mean that you can not use the reserved amount immediately.

PayPal:

PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: A bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards. Select PayPal when placing your order, and the total amount will be debited from your PayPal account. There are no fees for using this service.

Kindly note that if you are using PayPal as your method of payment, it is important to use the same delivery address as the address you have registered in your PayPal account.

Store Credit/Gift Card

You can use a gift card or store credit for the full amount of your order, or combine it with other payment method.

- At the checkout, enter the code to input field under “Store credit / Gift card” and click “Apply”.

- If the total amount of the purchase is greater than the value of the gift card, you can use another payment method to cover the difference.

- If the total amount of the purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance is saved and you can use it for another order.

- If you return goods, you will receive a new gift card code once the return is processed. The balance will depend on whether you paid the order fully or partially with a gift card.

Note! Gift card can not be added to the order afterwards. You can only use one store credit code in the same order. If you have several, you can combine two codes into one code in your My Boozt account. Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash.

If you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser during checkout, you will see it begin with ‘https://’ instead of the normal ‘http://’. This also indicates that you are in secure mode. To ensure your information is kept private, we do not store any payment information in our database.
