Which payment methods do you offer?

Payment with a card - 3D Secure

Starting in 2021 card payments online are made even more secure due to new EU regulations.
This means you will be asked to verify your purchase through 3D Secure (sometimes named "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard Secure" depending on your choice of issuer.) This process is handled by your bank so if you experience any issues verifying your payment, please contact your bank.

- Choose the payment card you wish to use and fill in the obligatory information There will be no payment fee.
- We accept the following methods of card payment: Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Eurocard, Diners Card & American Express.
- At the time of payment the amount will be reserved on your card, but not withdrawn until we have sent your order. No other fees are applicable.

Note! If your card is not accepted and no amount can be reserved, a message will show on the screen that the payment failed. Please note that even if the payment fails, some card issuers might still reserve the amount. This could mean that you can not use the reserved amount immediately.

Payment with PayPal:
PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: A bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards.
Please kindly note that if you are using PayPal as your method of payment, it is important to use the same delivery address as the address you have registered in your PayPal account.

Store credit:
The store credit is valid for two years. You will find the value in the email that was sent to you with the store credit code.

- At the checkout, enter the code under “Store credit / Gift card” and click “Apply”.
- Note! Store credit can not be added to the order afterwards.
- If the total amount of the purchase is greater than the value of the store credit, you can use another payment method to cover the difference.
- If the total amount of the purchase is less than the value of the store credit, the remaining value of the store credit is saved and you can use it for another order.
- You can only use one store credit code in the same order. If you have several, you can combine two codes into one code in your My Boozt account.
- Store credits can not be exchanged for cash.

- If you return goods, you will be refunded with a store credit or partial store credit and partly cash, depending on how you paid for your order.

Note! Report a lost or stolen store credit immediately by calling our Customer Service. You need to provide the store credit code for us to be able to block this and issue a new one as compensation.

Gift card:
Gift cards are available in the sums: 35 EUR, 65 EUR, 100 EUR and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Your gift card will be sent to your specified email address so that you can easily print it (no physical gift card will be sent home). Buy your gift card here.

Pay with a gift card:
- At the checkout, enter the code under “Store credit / Gift card” and press “Apply”. 
- If the total amount of the purchase is greater than the value of the gift card, you can use another payment method to cover the difference.
- If the total amount of the purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining value of the gift card is saved and you can use it for another order.
- You can only use one gift card in the same order, if you have several, you can combine two codes into one code in your My Boozt account.
- A gift card can not be exchanged for cash.

- If you have returned one or more items from your order, you will receive a new gift card code with the refund amount, alternatively partly a gift card code and partly cash, depending on how you paid for your order.

When will I be charged for my purchase?
The amount is reserved in your account when the purchase is completed and is not deducted until we have sent your package, when you have received the order confirmation & receipt.
