Do I have to use the Boozt packaging when returning?

We always recommend to use our reusable packaging when returning since this is a more convenient and environmentally friendly solution. If you're not able to reuse the packaging, feel free to use something else. Ensure the items are packed safely.

Attach the return label to the package. Do not attach it directly to a product's original packaging, e.g a shoe box or other material belonging to an item. The item should always be returned in it’s original conditioning.

Can I return items from multiple orders in the same parcel?

No, this is not possible. Each order must be returned separately in its own package using the specific return label for that order. This is necessary for our system to correctly identify and process your refund.

In the event you did mix up items from different orders, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you sort it out.
