How do I add a discount to my order?

You can add campaign discounts or discount codes to your order as long as the terms and conditions are met. Campaign discounts will apply to the items in your basket that are included in the campaign, provided the campaign toggle switch is turned on. If you have a specific discount code, enter it into the "Discount code" field under the campaign activation section.

If you are unable to add the discount to your order make sure you check it is still valid and all the terms and conditions for the discount are met. Kindly note that it is not possible to add multiple discount codes to the same order and certain product types or brands can be excluded.

Why can't I add a discount to my order?

If you are unable to add the discount to your order check the following details:

- If you have a discount code, make sure you apply it to the input field "Discount code" and not under "Gift card/Store credit". Check also that the code is written correctly and there is no spaces.

- Your basket fulfills the terms and conditions for the discount. This can be a minimum order value requirements or the discount only includes specific categories or products. Some brands or products can be excluded or another discount has been applied to them already.

- The campaign or code is still valid at the time of purchase. Kindly note that adding the product to your basket does not lock in any discount. If the discount expires the items are no longer eligible for the lower price.

What if I forgot to add a discount code to my order?

We can add the discount to your order afterwards as long as the discount was valid during the time of purchase and your order fulfills the terms and conditions of that specific discount. When contacting support, please make sure you have the discount details and a photo of the source where you received the code ready.
