DEMEYERE Alu Pro serving pan with reinforced non-stick coating, 28cm diameter and 2 litre capacity. Versatile serving pan for braising and frying, as well as preparing dishes with sauces such as risotto thanks to its non-stick surface. Comes with stainless steel lid. Aluminium construction is lightweight and strong, and the thick, stainless steel reinforced base is super-efficient on induction, giving a strong, flat base for maximum contact. The aluminium reacts quickly to changes in heat or power, giving excellent control over the cooking process. The TriplInduc base, which is a unique combination of three alloys, gives up to 30% more efficiency on induction compared to standard bases, meaning fast heat up times and frugal energy use. The two, short 18/10 stainless steel side handles stay relatively cool when cooking on induction and electric hobs.
