The ultimate tool for the discerning cook. Perfect for everything from searing at high heat to gentle cooking of delicate ingredients. The body of the professional frying pan is made from 85% recycled aluminium and features a 10 mm base, 7 mm sides and a 10 mm wire handle. The heavy-duty construction ensures maximum durability and excellent regulation and distribution of heat. The ceramic Slip-Let® coating gives the pan excellent non-stick properties for easy cooking and cleaning. The pan can withstand temperatures up to 400°C and is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. We offer a 5-year warranty on the coating and a 25-year guarantee that the pan will retain its shape without the base warping. Dishwasher safe, but it is recommended to wash the pan by hand to preserve the non-stick properties.
