How can I report a missing item?
We're sorry to hear this! If the package was damaged when you received it, please follow the advice on "Damaged package".
In case the package was not damaged, please check from the order receipt that your order wasn't sent in multiple packages or that the item wasn't sold out before contacting customer service.
