What does "redeem points" mean and do returns impact club points?

What does it mean to redeem your points?

Your Club points for an order are automatically calculated once the return period for the order expires (30 days). But, you do have the possibility to collect your points earlier by using the redeem points functionality in your Boozt account, under "My orders". You can do this earliest 7 days after the order was placed.

Please note! By redeeming your points for an order, you forfeit your right to return any items from it. Therefore, please make sure you have registered all your returning items before you are using the Redeem points functionality.

If I return a product, does that have an impact on my current point status?

You will not receive points from returned products/orders. The points for an order are claculated after the return period has lapsed or when you redeem your points.
