Some teas are too sensitive to boiling water, such as green or white tea, which become bitter when steeped at high temperatures. With this smart kettle, you can choose from five temperature settings from 60°C to 100°C, so you can use the optimal temperature to suit your drink. With its innovative double wall construction, convenient heating function and stylish design, this double glass kettle guarantees a perfectly brewed cup every time, whether you're drinking white, green or black tea, or making coffee or hot chocolate. Five temperature settings for different types of tea: 60ºC/140ºF, 70ºC/158ºF, 80ºC/176ºF, 90ºC/194ºF, and 100ºC/212ºF. 1.1 liter / 37 oz capacity. Transparent body with water level marked in liters, ounces and cups, so you only boil what you need. Innovative double wall construction. The inner wall is made of BPA-free borosilicate glass, while the outer wall is transparent plastic that protects and insulates the glass while preventing you from burning your fingers. Heating function to keep water at your chosen temperature for up to 30 minutes. Manual on/off switch with temperature sensor for automatic shut-off. Removable filter in the spout to prevent limescale from getting into your cup. Covered heating element for easy cleaning. Available in different colors. Use & care Fill to MAX with cold water, bring to the boil and pour out before using the kettle for the first time. Remove and clean the filter regularly to prevent limescale build-up. The kettle can be cleaned with a descaling product and the outside wiped with a damp cloth. How it works Remove the kettle from the base and fill to the desired level. Select the desired temperature and press the on/off button. The button will flash until the selected temperature is reached, when a beep will indicate that it is ready for use. Press the 'keep warm' button to keep the water at the desired temperature.
