It has a medium rise waistband with an elastic closure and buttons for fastening. It also has front, leg, and zip pockets with zipper fastening. It is breathable, waterproof, and windproof with fully taped seams, snow cuff, snow skirt, and adjustable cuffs and hem. The Drizzle is perfect for any outdoor activity.
