Product information
The Italians know that troppi cuochi guastano la cucina (too many cooks spoil the broth). When preparing braised dishes, all you need is the BALLARINI Salina 28 cm braising pan with glass lid. The cookware is solid aluminium for rapid heating. The pan’s interior features extremely scratch-resistant 6-ply GRANITIUM Ti-X non-stick coating and an extra layer of titanium. You can even cook with metal utensils without fear of nasty cracks in the coating. The pan is also suitable for use on induction hobs. When cooking this way, it is especially energy-efficient, thanks to the special radiant induction technology built into the base for excellent heat distribution. Providing a treat for the eyes is the stainless steel handle designed by Studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez in Milan. The transparent glass lid allows you to keep a close eye on the pan’s content. Once the liquid has disappeared, you can serve your braised dish and enjoy it with your loved ones. After all, cooking alone is fun, but eating alone can be rather dull.
