How do I return an item?

You can register your return online in a few simple steps.

Click on the link for online returns under 'My Boozt'. For easier and quicker access, please log in to your account. Select the order, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason code for returning.

The next step is to pack your items in the Boozt packaging they were delivered in. All returned items should be sent in their original packaging and condition, including tags (e.g. shoes should be returned in their original shoe box). Attach the enclosed return label. Please ensure the original delivery label on the parcel is removed or covered.

Please note our return shipping is fulfilled by UPS so please ensure that your return is made via a UPS drop off point. Remember to ask for a receipt when you leave the package with the UPS drop off point so that your package is insured.
If you use an alternative courier to make your return then you would be responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse. Please note although the return shipping label is prepaid a return handling fee of 6 Euros will be deducted per order.

It usually takes around 12-15 working days (Mon-Fri) to receive and process your returned item(s) at our warehouse. You will receive a return receipt email when your return is being processed. This will contain information about the refund duration depending on your choice of payment.
